• Physical Gold
1. Click “Physical Gold” > “Physical Gold Sell Requests”.
2. You can click “WAITING FOR PAYMENT” / “PAID” / “REJECTED” to check your purchase status.

Yes, you need to purchase physical gold and then redeem it using your m-MAS BSE. To perform an m-MAS BSE transfer, follow these steps:

1. Buy physical gold at gold mart.
2. Tick "Redeem m-MAS COOP BSE" radio button.
3. Click “Select m-MAS BSE”.
4. Click the amount.
5. Click “OK”.
